If that doesn't improve your keyboard connection, another thing to confirm is if the issue is related to the keyboard or your iMac Bluetooth. One way to test is to see how another Bluetooth device does paired with your iMac. This doesn't necessarily have to be another keyboard.

Also, you could test that Satchei keyboard by pairing it with another computer. If the issue doesn't persist, you'll know it's more likely something with your iMac Bluetooth. Once you've narrowed it down a bit, you can troubleshoot a little more specifically. Reply back with how it goes.

Thanks for following up. Based on your description, it does sound possible that the issue is with the keyboard as you suggested. To narrow this down and see if we can rule out any other causes, try creating a new administrator account on your Mac and see if you can replicate the issue there.
