Is there and potential problem area why windows would not successfully install on this computer with Boot Camp?

Any response is greatly appreciated.

Yes, just make sure you have a copy of Windows.ISO download, the Microsoft registration key, and 100 GB free of hard disk space on your Mac. The Boot Camp Assistant will walk you through the process of setting it up.

Windows 11 won't run on PCs without some sort of Trusted Program Module (TPM). While your MacBook Pro has a T2 Security Chip, I don't know whether WIndows 11 would recognize it.

Apple has a support article that lists your MacBook Pro as one of those on which you can install WIndows 10 with the aid of Boot Camp Assistant, and gives directions on how to install Windows. I assume that the process would be similar with Windows 11, if Windows 11 will run on your Mac.

This article seems to indicate that you can install Windows 11 – but only as an upgrade from WIndows 10, and only using a workaround. TPM is one issue. The other is that since your Mac has a Touch Bar, there would be no way to press F10 during a clean installation of WIndows 11.

A lot of people would probably say that they'd rather have Windows 10, anyway!
