I spent about 2-3 hours yesterday in the Verizon store, they were extremely patient and helpful. I thought it was an Xfinity mobile account issue, so I switched back to Verizon and got a new phone (transfered my old data) - the same issue happened. We tested my account on a brand new phone and the issue was resolved.
I factory reset my brand new phone and it works successfully !
( I don't have much on iCloud; I have LastPass for Passwords; Dropbox for Photos; Gmail for Email, Calendar, etc. )
