iPhone 15 no longer able to send group text that includes an android user, but I can individually text that user and send photos and I can group message several iPhones successfully . I have tried all combinations of turning off MMS, messaging, restarting, and resetting carrier settings, turning MMS back on etc. lots of old threads on this but not finding anything current or new that I haven’t tried.
I think I have this figured out for anyone in similar situation. Of my four group members, one is an android user. When this group thread was started, one of the Apple users had set their send-from to an email. That worked when only the Apple users were messaging, but when the android was brought in, the thread was forced to SMS, which fails to work with an email address. Once I deleted the old thread, and started a new thread making sure the one Apple user was now messaging with phone number, it all worked again.

I don't suppose you have cellular data turned off for some reason?
Cellular data is on, RCS is on, send as text when RCS unavailable on
