Is it ok to keep the Magsafe Battery Pack charging all night and use it to act a charging pad for my iPhone? Is that ok for the battery pack to keep it plugged all night (not significantly degrading the battery pack's battery)?

Like the battery in your iPhone, the MagSafe Battery Pack can be left connected to power to recharge it. In turn, with the pack connected to the phone, it will charge the phone's battery as well. There shouldn't be any issues doing so overnight. However, you should place the phone/battery pack on a solid surface to help dissipate any heat generated during the charging process.
my iphone11 sleeps on it's wireless charger every night like my apple watch does,
think if it would somehow harm the battery apple would inform us
