Low battery alert iPhone 14 Pro Max

I just got the new iPhone 14 promax yesterday. I noticed that I did not get the low power mode alert and I checked the status bar and it said my phone was at 15%. Those alerts normally come up at 20% and you have to turn low power mode on. Do I need to set that up for my new phone or did they get rid of it? I am a voiceover user so I do not use visual gestures when navigating the phone. Is there a way that I can set my phone up to get alerts when my battery level drops to 20% like I had on my old iPhone 12?
