Same Apple ID on two devices

Hi all,

I have plan to get an iPhone purely for work purposes. I want to use the Same Apple ID, however, I do not want to backup the messages and other content (photos, video, files etc) on to my personal iCloud. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance!

If you wish to keep these two parts of your life separate then you may wish to set up a separate account for work.

If you really wish to use a single account for this, turn off the features you do not want going into your iCloud on the work device. Note that these will not be backing up unless you backup your work phone to a computer.
