SCAM - Recharged Apple ID Balance for Enrollment to Apple Developer Program in India

on June, ive being guided by Enrollment Developer Programe step to different steps to pay 99 USD. I have completed the payment and even more guided 2 times by Apple Chat support to complete the process and RECHARGE the Apple ID in order to complete the process.

I did that, and my Enrollment Developer program has never been completed. The balance is the account and NOW Apple says, UNFORTUNATELY, from some weeks ago, from India, we can't get Enrolled in Developer PRogram by using Apple ID funds. So request to PAY AGAIN by using another method. Means, ive LOST 99 USD due to a internal APPLE technical issue or wrong guidance by Apple Chat Support.

I feel cheated.

Request to all be carefull, seems now APPLE Enrollment Developer Program is an SCAM.

Based on previous issues and discussions and what Apple Developer Program has posted, the only path for program enrollment for people located in India is via the Developer app, and that only with a major payment card associated with the Apple ID.

Funds associated with the Apple ID from gift cards or otherwise are not acceptable for developer program enrollment.

Refunds are well beyond what the other users and the other third-party app developers reading and posting here can provide you. We’re not Apple. You’ll need to discuss that with the people that work for Apple and for the Apple Developer Program, as mentioned in the reply above.

You are not addressing Apple here. We are other end users, not Apple employees and have no access to Apple financial files nor databases. Posting here will not fix your issue.
