Escalating Apple Card issue resolution with Goldman Sachs

I have been trying to get Goldman Sachs (Apple Card) to resolve a purchase I didn’t make. I have made numerous phone calls and taken appropriate steps but they don’t even properly research the fraud. How can I escalate? Is there an email for resolution other than a “supervisor”. They even sent me documentation of the website. Suggestions ? Thanks!

Seems you can dispute charges or report transaction issues for your Apple Card account on your iPhone or iPad: See Apple Support's online article (link below):

Apple Card has three different sets of card numbers. One set is for the physical card and it’s used when the card is swiped or chip inserted.

The second set is used when you use Apple Pay (Tap-To-Pay) in person or online. That number is called the DPAN or Device Primary Account Number.

Lastly, the virtual card in your Apple Account has a different set of numbers. It’s the only set that would generate a card not present transaction.

Have you ever entered your virtual card number online, given to someone etc? That card is fully exposed in your Apple Wallet.

Card not present. Their “proof” they sent me was a website (which when I went to it was “not found” ) and proof of delivery which was a bogus tracking order that showed delivery at 12:00 am on a certain date. It’s all made up info and Goldman Sachs is just not doing due diligencez

. The original transaction was declined 4 times prior to being approved by their system. I was never contacted to verify whether the purchase was fraudulent prior to it finally going through.
