Noise and notifications

Hi all, my iphone 12 has an intermittent fault. The clicking from my keyboard disappears for a while, also notifications noises stop too. Ive had aApple genius look at it and it was fine for 45 mins then went again. Any suggestions thanks.

If something wrong, first you update the iOS to the latest version.

if it is 16.5.1 already, try force restart.

if force restart didn’t work, then try,

settings > general > transfer or reset iPhone > reset > reset all settings

it can help to solve several problems that is don’t know what is the cause of. But plz note that you need to do settings of wifi or wall paper, etc.
