CAC not reading with Ventura 13.4.1

MacBook Air M2 (2022) not reading CAC. Worked fine out of the box for months and then it stopped working a week ago. All certs have been properly installed, CAC is current with current drivers. Chrome can access .mil websites but CAC is not reading.

I have an up-to-date CAC and my reader is the SCR3310.

I've deleted and redownloaded the certificates three times.

I went to https://militarycac.com/macnotes.htm and input the code in Terminal as the steps say.

Tried two CAC readers on two different laptops. My laptop is the only one it's not working on.

G6 / S6 can't help me either.
