mac says apple id password is wrong

I had to wipe my (work) MAC desktop clean to get rid of all of the content from the previous user. I reinstalled the operating system, but I need to access the App store to re-download Final Cut, and it keeps saying my password is wrong, even though it is not. (No, caps lock is not on.) I've read this is some kind of bug, but I can't find a way to fix it...

Wrong password/apple id in app store, but I know its right. Help! I have a Macbook Air with Yosemite software.
