There are 2 keypad screens (black and a white one) when I make a call Is this normal? Please see screen print below. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, it did not work. This piece of information may be helpful … If I switch to another app (such as Maps, Messages, Safari, etc.) while on a call, I am unable to return to the call. Upon tapping the green call indicator at the top of the screen, the screen goes black and then refreshes the current app instead of the call.
