Bootcamp not partitioning

so I'm running the open core legacy patcher to have Ventura on my 2014 Mac, but Im trying to get windows to work on my Mac via bootcamp. The only problem is that it won't make a partition, or at least it doesn't allow me to resize it, it just looks like this, and normally I should be able to make the partition bigger.
