Procreate Backup Not Working

I recently had to factory reset my iPad and while attempting to restore all of my art apps, Procreate somehow resets itself. It will get stuck downloading for several days and show in my storage that it is indeed downloading the files, but once it’s “finished”, it ends up resetting the app to the default images and none of my data from the backup is available. I did not save copies of my files externally as I have the app backup enabled in iCloud and didn’t know I would be facing this issue. I’ve attempted another restore and had the same results, so far it’s been a full week since I’ve actually been able to use the app due to the long download stall.

All of my other art programs with a similar amount of data ended up having their files restored, so I’m not sure why Procreate is acting like this. Is there any way to recover these files or are they gone forever?
