Unable to disable safe search on my iPhone.

Hi,

I am not able to disable safe search on my phone. The safe search options are disabled on both google and bing and reason given there is that safe search is controlled by someone else.

This is what I have checked:

Screen time is turned off on my phone.
There is no account added under "VPN & Device Management".
No VPN configurations are added in the phone.
I am on private network which has no restrictions.
The device is my personal device.

And I am facing this issue on my iPhone only while the safe search setting work fine on my android device on the same network. Please let me know what could be the cause for this.

As I mentioned the issue is not with a single app or browser. I am facing this issue with any browser I use be it Safari, Chrome, Brave etc.

Even with all the search engines be it bing or google. But all works fine with same account on other devices (android, pc etc.). So I am assuming something is wrong with the device.
