I can’t reset my MacBook Air

I buy a MacBook Air from my company and they reset it but it’s an activated lock on the MacBook and they couldn’t remove the problem. How can I remove the activated lock?

You cannot remove the activation lock as it is a theft deterrent system. Only the original owner, your company, can remove it. So you will need to contact them and see if they can provide valid proof of purchase information to see if you can start an Activation Lock support request.
