What happens to my recents/ all photos when apple will remove MY PHOTOS STREAM
What happens to my recents/ all photos when apple remove or disables my photos stream service.

All photos you have saved to Photos will remain. Only the photos you are currently seeing in the My Photo Stream album will vanish.
My Photo Stream is keeping its photos in its own cache in iCloud, that will be erased, when My Photo Stream is turned off. This will not have any effect on the photos you have saved in Photos or shared to Shared Albums.
Have you been using My Photo Stream at all to transfer photos between your devices? If you have have not been using My Photo Stream during the last 30 days, there cannot be any photos in My Photo Stream that might get lost.
