~ New Generation 9 iPad Can't Connect To App Store ~
~ In Jan. 2023, I upgraded to a new iPad my husband bought me; Generation 9. In the 6 months I've used it, it works fine. However, within the last couple of months I've been unable to connect to the App Store. On 18 July, I called an Apple tech to see if he could help. After a screen share, he had me type in the password from the router connected to my husband's computer. I did that but nothing happened. He also told me to contact our internet provider but they were of no help, either. I have a Poshmark account and wanted to download their app. A prompt comes back saying "cannot connect to App Store." This has left me frustrated. I do not want to schlep back to the Apple store in Reston, VA to see a tech; it takes too much time. Any legitimate help from the Apple community would be greatly appreciated. ~
