apple 2 - watch black face - charges but shows no activity other than regular apple logo, that appears, and is gone. Watch gets hot on charge. Battery dead?
42 mm stainless watch bought new in 2017.
Its done well, and this failure happened without warning.
I suspect that the battery is now done, and cannot even connect with app. Is it worth a genius bar appointment?
If it is indeed over for my trusted watch, will the apple store take it for recycling, with/without purchase?
