Want to thank two outstanding staffers at Apple at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY

Today, I had an appointment at the Genius Bar at Apple Ridge Hill, Yonkeres, NY. Despite being filled with people, the entire process went smoothly, efficiently and in record time.

I was greeted by Marci (pronounced Marchi, a young man originally from Poland) who took all the information and inspected and scanned my phone. And on time, cheerfully and efficiently, Sean/Shawn fixed my phone and even cleaned it in record time.

Last night, in a panic, I spoke to Chloe on the Apple phone line who was so reassuring and understanding. These three employees all deserve recognition for being so courteous, so professional and so helpful to this 77-year old woman who was clearly panicking without her lifeline/iphone. Please thank them all for me, if that's possible!
