How can I get in contacth with whoever is handling my case at Apple?

Regarding a support case about a faulty iPhone 12 Mini silicone case I am trying to reach the person handling my case. After I didn't get to the telephone in time to catch her call I have been unsuccessfull in trying to get back to her. The Voicemail function doesnt work. Attached is my last email contact - could one of the operators put me in touch with her or whoever is handling this case?
