Hey i have an issue regarding my battery health, i get the fast charger 20w and im using it for 2 weeks and i noticed my battery health dropped by 3%, 3% for 2 weeks its nonsense, im still with 16.4.1 update and im now at 87% battery health, and i noticed just by using safari a little bit the iphone get overheating is that normal ?

Apple does not consider that an iPhone's battery requires replacement until it cannot maintain, at least, an 80% charge capacity AFTER 500 full recharging cycles. Applying updates do tend to cause a bit more battery consumption, but should return to "normal" after a day or two of using the phone.
However, if you feel that your phone's battery is defective, you can always make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
More than 80% battery health does not mean it will last an entire day
12 mini battery in itself has a problem and if I knew I wouldn't have bought it. From the last, more than a week, I have been speaking with them and troubleshooting at my own expense but nothing has proven S I solve the problem
Most importantly they want me turn of all features of a smartphone like the background app refresh, use less of apps consuming battery but no apps is draining any battery.
It has now come to a day where I am carrying a 12 mini and just carrying it for calling purpose , may be and if no calls then no purpose
And an android phone for everything else.
Support staff kept saying the battery is performing as expected which means is if my phone, with a regular usage is lasting for 4 hours, either I need to carry a battery pack or the charger so that I can use it. What kind of answer is that?
I understand now Apple is just saying.we don't care how challenged you and we understand if you want to switch it to another device but in every way it is you problem
