I cannot receive pictures or videos that are texted to me for some reason.
For the past week, my phone stopped letting me receive videos or pictures that are texted to me. How do I fix that. Thanks

Pictures and videos texted from non-Apple cellular telephones are sent using MMS. MMS requires both the following:
- Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
- Permission from your cellular carrier to use MMS under your plan. This may cost extra.
