How to resolve App freezing issues on my iPhone?

First: You might want to check that your iPhone is updated to the most recent iOS version:

ie: Go to Settings > General > Software Update to see if there's an update waiting to be installed:

Eg: About iOS 18 Updates - Apple Support says: iOS 18.5 is the latest.

NB: Reminder: It is wise to back up iPhone first, if updating iOS

Then: You could also check you have the newest available version of the WhatsApp app.

If needed: You may be able to update th app from within the app itself

Else: If both iPhone and WhatsApp app are already updated to the newest available versions:

Try restarting your iPhone (ie: deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update any recent setting changes, and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)
