No Permission on sharing iMovie files

I'm trying to share a video I made on iMovie which I've done many times, and now it says I 'don't have permission' and the exporting has failed.

I copy pasted its contents to another project and tried but it didn't work. And before that I even duplicated it and still it says that it is failing after a moment.

Mac mini, macOS 13.3

Can you post the exact text of the "don't have permissions" message?

Where is your iMovie library located?

Try deleting preferences. To delete preferences open iMovie while holding down the Option and Command

keys and select to delete preferences in the box that appears. iMovie will open in a new empty library. Reopen your old library to get back to your projects. Possibly you may need to reboot to set the changes.  Deleting preferences is a safe procedure that will not cause data loss or disruption to your project.
