I keep trying to download something in app store but it keeps telling me to sign in on a different account, if i go back and check if app store is signed in on my apple id, it says it's on mine. My phone is signed in on my apple id and normally it lets me update and download normally but now it keeps asking me to sign in on a random apple id that isn't mine.

This normally happens when there's an app that needs an Update that was installed with a different Apple ID. If this is the case, you'll need to delete the app in question and reinstall it using the Apple ID you're currently signed in with. We hope this helps.
