PROFILE PICTURE RETRIEVAL on Mac book pro laptop

My profile photo on the log-in screen got disturbed, not able to retrieve my original profile photo. please help.

Profile picture on Mac not synching with what I set. I want to change my mac profile picture as my current one is old. I went into settings, users and groups, and changed my profile picture there (which also changed my apple ID picture) but when i go to log into my mac, the picture is still the old one.
