hi all!
can Safari show the icons for the bookmarks on the top level in the Favorites? After visit a page, it is showing the icon for those bookmarks within folders, but I can't make work for the ones outside the folders ..
any advice?

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .
2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this issue
Though, it is doubtful Apple will change the functionality in Safari for Ventura
Most of there Resources have probably been Focused on the successor macOS 14 Sonoma

My icons are all top level which are generated when I first visit the web site. Not sure how yours are generated. Can you post a screen shot?

thanks for your answer. Pls, check on the below screenshoot, I have visited all those pages, however, the icon is missing. My intention is to remove the name from the bookmark and just keep the icon.

The best you could do is " Show Favourites Toolbar "
