Cant connect with Chase Credit on Safari

They say my computer is not up to date but when I try to update it it says no updates available

What type of Mac (MacBook Air, iMac, etc), what model year is it, and what OS is currently installed? All 3 of those are available at Apple menu > About This Mac.
