I had purchased a super expensive Air M1 considering its durability but all in vain when after 18 months there are patches and lines appearing on the screen suddenly without any reason.
The service provider has confirmed that there is no physical damage. It means there is some manufacturing defect. Apple support is not ready to help and they just know how to speak sweetly without providing any help.
Screen replacement cost is 35000 INR as per the service center since device is out of warranty.
I feel cheated and helpless. Been a loyal apple customer since 12-13 years and looks like all these years I have wasted money and they don’t care about your loyalty.
Can someone help in taking this matter urgently with a senior most support person?
