True depth camera disabled
I randomly received a notice on my apple phone that apple had discovered a problem with the lasers in the true depth camera on my iphone. An issue that can effect models iphone X and later along with steps to resolve the issue. In the article with the resolution steps there is a link to bring your phone in for service if the previous steps did not resolve the issue . The steps did not resolve my issue so i brought it in for service and was informed i would have to pay out of pocket. Since this is apparently a wide spread issue with certain phones, why is apple not covering the cost to repair the problem?
