iPhone 14 Plus rear camera blur

I’m facing blur camera problem on rear camera of 1x of iPhone 14 Plus.

Service center is saying that my iPhone 14 Plus will not cover under iPhone 14 Plus service programme for Rear camera but the purchase date of my iPhone 14 Plus is within this duration of 10 April 2023 to 28 April 2024

My purchase date is 07 October 2023

Help me regarding to repair my camera free of cost under this programme
