My iPhone is stuck on magnifying and I can't shut off my phone nor do anything

I can't get to settings to disable the magnifying feature, I can't shutoff my phone, I can't accept any calls, I can't do anything. pleas can you help me?

Tap the screen twice with three fingers to deactivate the zoom mode. It’s tricky to do the first time but keep trying.
