IPHONE 13 - SCREEN IN MAGNIFY MODE

My iPhone 13 has gone into magnify mode and I cannot get it out of the mode, I have tried clicking three times, I have tried to shut the phone down but it just goes into emergency call mode and will not shut down

Take three fingers and hold them together, THEN tap the screen TWICE rapdily with your three fingers.
