Bluetooth pane unavailable in Preferences
My bluetooth functionality is not working and not available in the preferences pane. Running Mac Book Pro 2015 on Monterey 12.6.7

You can try Reset Blue Tooth in Monterey—
delete the plist from the Finder>Go>Go to Folder copy and paste:
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
You can kill the bluetooth daemon via the terminal command:
sudo pkill bluetoothd
Reboot and compare your results
