I’ve just downloaded the iOS 15.7.7 on my 7 Plus iPhone, but I’m having a hard time with its installation. As I click on “install now”, a message shows up saying something like “confirming update” which keeps going for 2 minutes (?) until I get a new message which says “impossible to update due to some error” that is not identified.
What should I do to sort it out and have a successful update?

Can you post a screenshot of the whole screen, it could reveal why you aren't able to update.
Make sure you:
• Are using a WiFi connection (not a hotspot).
• You have an active cell signal (You need both WiFi and cellular service to perform the upgrade).
• Are not using a VPN connection.
• Have your battery charged at least 50%. Better yet, keep it plugged in during the update.
• Do not have power save mode turned on.
• Do not have a beta version installed.
• You have at least 10 gigs of storage available.

Turn off your VPN
Yes iphone 6s
Turn off VPN on your phone. Run the update, then turn VPN back on if you must have a VPN.
Again, turn off your VPN, it is what's blocking the update.
