The reason I’m asking is because I am currently compiling all texts and evidence that I have since I held off taking legal action for so long throughout pregnancy and even until now because I was healing from trauma as well as being a single mother and going through postpartum by myself. I am in a better mental and physical state now after I blocked him from sending me all the threats and with the cussing and swearing. I was ready to face him again and give him a chance of reaching out peacefully so I unblocked him for the sake of him being present in my baby’s life. After reading those texts, he has not changed, so I was curious if he had sent other texts besides those threats I mentioned that appeared to get a restraining order and for us to go to family court to protect my baby from him. I apologize for any confusion, I was shocked, angry, and disappointed to read those messages because I thought he would change for the sake of our baby. We have not heard or seen him nor anything from him besides the threats and all the explicit messages and my baby (including myself) have not seen his father since he was 10 days old.
