I bought an Apple one subscription. The Apple News subscription shows it will be replaced but the Apple TV subscription on my wife’s account does not show that it will be subsumed under my Apple one subscription. What do I need to do?

If your wife is paying for Apple TV+, she would need to cancel this plan on her Apple ID so you do not get charged. Apple will not do this for you, and if you leave it on you will be charged for both.
