Can I still share my Apple TV with family if I turn off payment sharing?

I'm told I can share my Apple TV programs with 5 family members (I want to let my sons watch Slow Horses and Lessons in Chemistry!). So I invited them to family sharing. Now I'm seeing invoices charged to my account for one of their subscriptions (Now TV). If I tun off purchase sharing does that mean they can't see my Apple TV programs? Is there another way to stop charges they want to make coming to my account?

You can shut off Purchase Sharing and still have family members use the Apple TV+ subscription. This is detailed in the following Support Article:

When purchase sharing is turned off, you stop sharing your purchases and lose access to the purchases made by your other family members. However, you can continue to share subscriptions like Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade, but everyone must use their own payment method for purchases.

Thanks for the very swift reply! I've turned off purchase sharing and left them on subscription sharing as explained. Great help!
