Does purchases made with Apple PayLater pay Cash back?
Just a general question before using Apple PayLater at checkout. Do payments made to Apple generate CashBack like doing so with AppleCard ApplePay.

According to Apply for an Apple Pay Later loan and make a purchase - Apple Support.
* Set up Apple Pay with an eligible debit card on your device. You can only make Apple Pay Later down payments using a debit card.
Most debit cards (if not all) do not give cash back rewards. Therefore, you will not receive Apple Cash for Apple Pay Later purchases.
