What % cash back can I expect when using Apple Pay to set up recurring payments for a monthly subscription?

I would like to use my Apple Card to set up an autopay account to pay monthly insurance premiums. Will Apple credit 2% cash back to my account for each monthly auto-payment?

3% for spending with Apple

2% for transactions using Apple Pay

1% for physical card transactions or transactions where the card number is entered.

it’s likely that you’re entering a card number into your account (unless your insurance accepts Apple Pay). That would give 1% back.
