Apple’s weather forecast in Santa Barbara, CA has been consistently 8-10 degrees above actual temperatures for months. Google search shows actual temperature. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have found the Apple Weather app pretty, but not particularly useful, and particularly to have some inexplicable data and displays. Locally, a mix of MerrySky (similar to DarkSky and the DarkSky API), the US National Weather Service forecasts and regional radar, the Zoom Earth app, airnow, and nullschool, replaces it. DarkSky, RIP.
Depending on the local microclimate—we’re routinely ~5°C cooler than nearby forecasts and readings—temperatures can vary.

I find on my Mac that a Safari link to weather.gov and local forecast data is infinitely more accurate than Apple's weather application. On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, I used the National Weather Service's instructions to place their web app on it and it too is looking at a NWS reporting station 5 miles distant.
Although your local weather forecast office is in LA, the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (KSBA) is listed in weather.gov. This screen shot was taken at 8:08 PDT:
