Whenever I try to rotate it to a different side it'll just stay in the same place. I've tried rotating it in different apps such like Youtube, Twitch, 8ball pool, messages and many more apps. What should I do?

Please Force restart your iPhone.
If the issue persists, please ensure that the app supports Landscape Mode, by checking with another device. (YouTube does support Landscape Mode, to my knowledge.)
