Hi lilgrimlin03,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

  1. Are you experiencing this issue on SMS, iMessage, or both?
  2. Are you not able to receive any image from all of your contacts?
  3. Are you experiencing the issue when using cellular data or a certain Wi-Fi network?
  4. Also, do you have a different Apple device that is signed in to the same Apple ID? If yes, are you experiencing a similar issue with your other device? These details can help us in isolating the issue.

In the meantime, let’s check for a software update and make sure that you are running the latest version of iOS.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues.

Kindly secure a backup and update.

  2. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you have Screen Time enabled, disable it in the meantime, then check if the issue persists.

  1. "Go to Settings > Screen Time.
  2. Tap Turn On/Off Screen Time, then tap it again.
  3. Select This is My [device] or This is My Child's [device]."
