I am a college student, just bought a MacBook air. I have already used it. It comes with edu price (cheaper than the normal price) and a $200 gift card. But I want to return it. Can it be return? Is the 200 dollars gift card can be returned as well?

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

It sounds to me like you can return the gift card with the Mac, if the gift card is completely unused. But I'm not an Apple employee. If you want a definitive answer, you need to contact Apple (as TheLittles suggested).
My understanding is that you can return the Mac, but you're not going to get a free $200 gift card out of the deal.
