I can’t pair my watch with my phone it just keeps saying update which I have done about 4 times
I have Tryed to pair my watch and it keeps saying software update needed which I have done about 4 times so not sure what to do next

Erase the watch completely and pair as a new watch if you get that far.
Simple erase without phone
Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete the erase. (select the watch OS version)

Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch again. Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
When asked, I suggest you set up as new.
