If it’s an issue with your banks app, you’ll need to contact your banks Apple Pay support team.

You may also be able to add your information using your Apple Wallet on your iPhone. I’ve linked to a support article on Apple Pay.

Follow the steps in this support article for adding credit/debit cards to your Wallet.

Adding a debit card or credit card in apple wallet is not available, i got a message stating that to add a debit card i have to go to my bank application.

while activating my debit card the add button appears, i had no enough time to add it, so then the adding button in the bank application disappeared as well

What are you trying to do? What’s only available via application and how does that affect adding a card to Apple Wallet?
