Using Ventura 13.4.1 as the OS on my Mac. My issue is the following; how do you copy and paste a column of numbers in Numbers w/o bring along the formulas that generated the figures in the column?

In Numbers how do you copy and paste numbers from one column to another on the same spreadsheet without bring along the formulas that created the figures in the original or copied

column.

Copy as you normally would (for me usually select and command-c).

When you paste use Edit > Paste Formula Results (or the equivalent keyboard shortcut).
