He was told to send in a copy of the sales receipt which he left at my place, but the address he gave me to email the receipt to does not work. Could I please get the proper email address so he can get his phone repaired?

If he was given an email address before, then that will have been for a very specific staff unit, not something general that others would know.

From your description, it seems like your son would have gotten an email address for a specific brick-and-mortar store. Only he knows which store that was. He will have to go by again, or phone them, to verify the exact email address that they would need the receipt to be send to. Or better yet, send the receipt to your son, so he can send it to the store himself.
There is no single worldwide email address for such communication.
No he had the receipt and was told to send it to Apple. I heard the conversation, but was driving and couldn’t get the email address.
